Recipe:
10 Beets
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette.
Wrap beets individually in foil (after trimming greens, save for another recipe!) roast at 350 for 1 hour or until soft. Remove skin, and slice. Combine glaze ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 1 minute, pour over beets.
Enjoy!
